Central Jersey Electrical League (CJEL)
Central Jersey Electrical League (CJEL) is a professional organization uniting licensed electrical contractors to advance and strengthen the electrical industry throughout Central New Jersey.
Since 1954 — Supporting Electrical Professionals
Founded in 1954, CJEL has remained committed to:
- Keeping electricians current with changes in the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Introducing members to evolving electrical technologies and products
- Promoting professionalism and high standards within the trade
Continuing Education for License Renewal
CJEL provides state-mandated continuing education courses at a discounted rate, required for electrical license renewal. These courses are:
- Approved by the Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors
- Designed to ensure compliance with current regulations
- Structured to deliver practical, up-to-date industry knowledge
Commitment to Vocational Education
For over 25 years, CJEL has actively supported vocational training programs at Mercer County Vo-Tech School, helping to:
